MLM Training - The Real Purpose Of Your Network Marketing And MLM Business

In my TeleClasses and Workshops I like to ask the question: "What's the purpose of a business? Your Network Marketing and MLM business? Any business in the world? It doesn't matter what it is, or where it is. What is the purpose of a business? Or, why are you in business?"

Most people will reply with something like, "To make a profit" or "Make money" or for "Self fulfillment." If you answered in this way, then ask yourself this: "On whom was your answer focused? - You or your potential customers?" It was on you, of course - you and your personal objective.

Tip! Promoting your business network offline is also critical to your success.

However, the fact is, you're not in business for you. You're in it for other people. The purpose of a business is simply to help other people solve their problems. If you're wondering about this, ask yourself this question. If your product or service cannot solve someone's problems, is there any reason for them to do business with you?

So it's all about the other person and it's all to do with problem solving isn't it? As Network Marketers and MLM Distributors we are, in fact, problem solvers. Spend your waking hours looking for problems, for with problems comes opportunity. In essence, another person's problem becomes both your and their opportunity!

The Chinese recognize this duality of thought by using the combined symbols for crisis, which is Danger and Opportunity.

The Eastern Philosophies once more appear to provide for us much of the foundation of what we need in Western Culture.

Looking at this more closely, the question, "What's in it for me?" is the internal dialogue of the ego! Focusing on your ego has a tendency to prevent you from getting what you want. Asking the question, "How can I help?" is the dialogue of the spirit. Focusing and taking action on your spirit will bring you the abundance you desire. If you're presently focused on your ego, (what's in it for me?) exchange the energy of your present thoughts, words and actions, for a different energy - an energy of how you can help.

Make sure it's not an energy of persuading the other person even if you find them in great need. Allow them to persuade themselves and take responsibility for their own actions. You'll find that when you change, the responses you get will change also.

Doing this effectively and focusing on your purpose of helping other people solve their problems, will achieve for you your objective - which is whatever your own reason for being in business is. Don't ignore your objective. Let it be satisfied at the right time after you have discovered what both of you need to know to make a decision. Deep down we all have our own special reasons for wanting to do what we do that is unique to ourselves and we must not forget to have our desires satisfied as well, so as to maintain balance in our lives.

Tip! The second step is to ensure that all small businesses are well embedded in open business network relationships in order to enable them to search and obtain resources that they do not possess. By doing this an opportunity-driven approach is adopted that may lead to competitive advantages for businesses for it creates the opportunity to take advantage of the knowledge and problem-solving abilities of all actors belonging to their supply and demand networks directly or indirectly.

Another way of saying this is, as Zig Ziglar expressed so well, that you get what you want by helping others get what they want.

It's important to really accept this. Absorb this mindful "act of service" into your being. If you embrace this cornerstone principle and make this your purpose, your intent in life, you will immediately tap into universal laws of attraction. In Deepak Chopra's book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, he talks about the 7th Law - the Law of Purpose in life. By focusing on your purpose and by knowing how to manifest it into physical reality, you will have the key to the door of success and abundance that you're seeking.

Your anxiety about calling people will be eliminated as well. That telephone at the end of your desk - the one that weighs 20 lbs. in the mornings when you go to make your calls - will literally float into your hands. There is nothing like making calls to people who are eagerly waiting for you.

So, pay attention to your purpose and pay attention in putting your objective aside until the time is right to bring it up! Let go of the outcome and your income from your Network Marketing and MLM business will increase.
