Every New Year folks decide that this will be the year they start a small business of their own. Of course most businesses fail due to being undercapitalized. The government with all their rules and regulations and paper work does not make it any easier. Most small business cost double or triple what the would-be entrepreneurs had in mind. They did not have any money to start the business and so they needed an investor and some capital. But they did have enough money to buy a domain name and a website.
