In fact as easy as that sounds it is not as easy as you might think. Also many franchising companies also have newsletters about sales that their franchisees are making and that might be construed as earnings claims, even if the Franchising Corporation chooses not to make earnings claims. All this inhibits the franchising companies from competing in the market place with non-franchising companies. It is obvious that the government regulators are brown having had their heads so far up their butts for so long they cannot see sun.
